The City of Kerrville has announced that it remains in Stage 1 Moderate Water Conservation measures due to the continuing dry conditions. In August 2022, the city adjusted its Safe Operating Capacity by proactively reducing the amount of river water pumped out of the Guadalupe River by 980,000 gallons a day.
