Kerr County Commissioners' convened on Monday to address several agenda items. A man was arrested on multiple charges following a string of vehicle thefts, the Kerr County Sheriff's Office said.  Marcus Taylor, 34, was arrested on charges related to theft, burglary, evading arrest and possession of a controlled substance, according to the KCSO.
