KPD officer involved in recent shooting has been identified

Federal judge issues ruling in Post Hole Venture’s ongoing lawsuit against City of Kerrville

U.S. Federal Judge Xavier Rodriguez issued a 29-page ruling on October 15 granting the City of Kerrville's motion for summary judgement in Case Number SA-21-CV-00980-XR, Post Hole Ventures, LLC v. Rio Monte Rd. scheduled for closure

The City of Kerrville is closing Rio Monte Road this week to help facilitate the installation of permanent power into the new Public Safety Facility.  The road closures is expected to last through Monday, October 28.
