Boerne Middle School North Principal Daniel Owen resigned Wednesday, following his arrest last week for driving while intoxicated, according to school officials.  Owen was arrested by the Kendall County Sheriff's Office at around 4:30 a.m. Friday, June 6, on charges of driving while intoxicated and unlawful carrying of a weapon.
