San Antonio-based contractor Guido Construction will begin long-awaited repairs on the Cailloux Theater this week. The $3 million project, which was approved by Kerrville residents as part of a $20 million sales tax bond election in 2023, will replace the theater's roof, install a new heating, ventilation and cooling system, and repair damage from leaks.  Work is expected to be completed by August. City of Kerrville contractor M.C. Fonseca will continue to have the road closed on Louis Street from Ox Street to Harper Highway for the Knapp Road sewer improvement project.  In addition, Louis Street will be closed from Harper Highway to Commerce Street beginning March 4 and running through March 24.
