San Antonio-based contractor Guido Construction will begin long-awaited repairs on the Cailloux Theater this week. The $3 million project, which was approved by Kerrville residents as part of a $20 million sales tax bond election in 2023, will replace the theater's roof, install a new heating, ventilation and cooling system, and repair damage from leaks.  Work is expected to be completed by August.
