Hill Country Drive will be closed entirely from Highway 16 to Cully Drive this Saturday, April 12, from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.  This closure is being made in an effort to complete the portion of the sidewalk improvements on Hill Country Drive sooner and allow the contractor, J3 Company, LLC, to work when there is less traffic. Beginning April 14, the City of Kerrville's contractor for the Knapp Project, M.C. Fonseca, will be detouring traffic on Louis, Bobwhite and Commerce streets.  This detour should continue through May 2.
